Service Description

Secure your spot AFTER your free quote, and is a NON-Refundable deposit. Once booked, this will schedule and reserve an instillation date. This is a NON-Refundable deposit for all Christmas light instillations and guarantees availability of the products for your design choices. This deposit will count towards the cost of your instillation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 904-270-9811. CANCELLATION: You may cancel up to 10 days prior to installation for custom cut light installs. RE_SCHEDULING: Red Ox will do everything we can to re-schedule your instillation if there are any available appointments to do so. As long as you are attempting to re-schedule outside of the cancelation window, you will receive a full refund if we can not provide an alternative appointment. If you are canceling within the 10 day period and no other appointments are available, then you will be given the option to keep your original installation appointment or forfeit your deposit.
